New Manager needed at Revenge!

We are recruiting a new full-time Club Manager (45 hours per week) for Revenge - Brighton's biggest and busiest LGBTQ+ nightlife venue. Until nightclubs reopen on 21st June, you'll be managing our new Rooftop bar, with panoramic views of Brighton's iconic seafront.

We are looking for serious candidates who are looking to advance their careers, rather than their social circles! Working alongside our promotions team, you’ll need to regularly propose fresh and creative ideas which reflect Revenge’s fun, unpretentious LGBTQ+ identity, whilst inspiring staff to bring them to life.

Required skills & experience:

• Venue & people management experience in nightlife industry • Deep understanding of the LGBTQ+ community • Prepared to 'muck in' and lead by example • Outstanding customer service • Project management skills • Excellent time management & organisational skills • Strong with administrative skills, using Word & Excel • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the venue and service bars • Stock ordering, rotation and management • Staff rotas, recruitment, contracts & HR • Renewing product lists • Reviewing pricing • Opening and closing procedures • Liaising with security team and Bar Manager • Dealing with customer issues or complaints • Looking after VIP bookings • Weekly sales figures • Liaising with drinks reps

£33k salary (gross), with bonuses based on performance. Must be prepared to work late nights and weekends, as well as Pride & New Years Eve.

Start date: April (flexible for the right candidate)
